REFUNDS for STOCK ITEMS
You will receive a full refund on items that are not personalized.
REFUNDS for CUSTOM ITEMS
Any items that are custom made will be charged a 35% custom design fee to cover both the expenses involved in designing and building the jewelry item as well as the expenses for pieces that cannot be re-used.
Items that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
Be careful to measure accurately and order the correct size. If however, you require resizing we can do this for a small fee just to cover labor.
We strive to provide the finest quality possible, however, if your jewelry item was made incorrectly or has a defect we will of course repair it at no charge. Please send us an e-mail note and we will do everything to make it right. To return your jewelry item we can either send you a return mailing label or reimburse you up to $4 for return shipping. Our Warranty is good for 3 months as problems should be obvious fairly soon after receipt of your Jewelry.
Any issues after 3 months will be considered wear and tear. We will gladly repair your jewelry piece for minimal fees. Please contact us for an estimate.
RETURN or REPAIR AUTHORIZATION
Log Into your Account. Click on ORDERS. Click on Return Item and fill out Return Form and Submit. We will respond with an email Authorization.
